The seventh episode of Fuji TV's Monday 9pm drama "Yandoku!" starring actress Hashimoto Kanna was broadcast on February 23rd, and it was revealed that the average viewership rating (according to Video Research, Kanto region, same below) was 5.3% for households and 3.2% for individuals.
The drama is a thrilling medical entertainment in which the protagonist, Tagami Kotoha, a hardcore delinquent girl played by Hashimoto, studies hard after her best friend dies in an accident, becoming a neurosurgeon and bringing a breath of fresh air to the medical field. The original work is based on a real doctor, and the script is written by Nemoto Nonji, who also wrote the NHK morning drama "Omusubi" starring Hashimoto.
In episode 7, the hospital decides to test a system that allows inbound tourists to undergo medical checkups, and members of the neurosurgery team are called in. However, due to a shortage of staff, problems arise frequently, and it eventually affects patients...
