This week's lineup for "Tetsuko's Room" announced

The lineup for Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi, Monday to Friday, 1 PM), which will air from February 23rd to 27th, has been announced. The guests on the 23rd will be singer Fuyumi Sakamoto, on the 24th, writer and member of the comedy duo "Peace" Matayoshi Naoki, on the 25th, comedy duo "Arco & Peace", on the 26th, talent Misato Okada, and on the 27th, talent Airi Taira.

Sakamoto debuted at the age of 19 and will soon be celebrating her 40th anniversary. Next year, she will turn 60. Her birthday, March 30th, is also the wedding anniversary of her close friend, singer Ayako Fuji. Fuji reveals that she did something "clumsy" at Akina Nakamori's 60th birthday party last year.

Matayoshi's mother is 75 years old and lives in Osaka. When he returns home, he makes it a point to ask her lots of questions. His father, who was a bit mischievous and lived a free-spirited life, passed away a few years ago. He talks about his feelings for his late father, whom he describes as a very interesting person.

It's been 20 years since Hirako Yuki and Sakai Kenta formed "Alco & Peace." During their early days, they worked part-time jobs, and Hirako considered disbanding for the sake of his family, but his wife used their savings to support the family. The two, who are known as a loving husband-to-wife duo, talk about it.

Okada moved to Yamanashi to care for her mother, but she passed away two years ago at the age of 92. She now lives in Tokyo with her third husband. She says that when she first began caring for her mother, she was conflicted, but they were able to come to terms with it and be with her at the end.

Taira married Japanese national soccer player Nagatomo Yuto in 2017 and is raising four brothers aged 8, 6, 4 and 2. Recently, she has been making different breakfasts for each of her four brothers, in response to their requests. She talks about the challenges of raising children and the joys of watching them grow.
