At the age of 45, he enrolled in Waseda University's correspondence course, where he studied preventive medicine and robotics. He continued to study robotics in his master's program at graduate school, and basic gerontology in his doctoral program. One of the reasons she started her own company was that her brother, who ran a company that dispatched directors to TV stations, suddenly passed away, and she took over the business. The company has around 60 employees, and the staff members have various worries, such as relationships with their superiors on set. Huning Manabu says, "I studied more in the hope that I could teach them and help them regain their sense of self," and "I myself fell into hell about five years after my debut and was wandering around the earth, but I wanted to use my experience of somehow getting back up to teach these things to young people."
