The second episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama "Reboot" (Sunday 9pm) starring Suzuki Ryohei was broadcast on January 25th. Adachi Tsubasa, a young detective played by Makita Aju, attracted attention on social media, with comments such as "He's starting to look suspicious" and "He seems like the mastermind behind the crime."

Adachi, played by Makita, is a young detective with a strong sense of justice who is part of the Gido squad. He is able to quickly sense the signs at the crime scene and is the person who supports Gido closest to him.
Adachi is instructed by Hayase (Suzuki), who is disguised as Gido, to find the location of Kaieda (Yoshi Sakamoto), a lawyer who is believed to be Natsumi's (Sayaka Yamaguchi) lover. After finding Kaieda's location, Adachi contacts Hayase.
Just as Hayase arrived, Adachi showed up at the perfect time. "I was waiting in case the chief might be there," he reported, revealing that Teramoto (Nakagawa Daisuke), Gido's direct subordinate, had gone home at the regular time. When Hayase asked, "Are you sure you don't want to go home?" Adachi declared that he would work with him, saying, "I'll stick with you to the end. With all due respect, I didn't realize Chief Gido would be so proactive in the investigation. I'm very happy as his subordinate."

The drama is a suspense story about Hayase Riku, who is framed for the murder of his wife, abandoning his family and past to reboot himself as a corrupt detective, Gido, and pursue the real culprit. The script is written by Tsutomu Kuroiwa, who has worked on many hit Sunday Theatre dramas such as "Grand Maison Tokyo," "TOKYO MER: Running Emergency Room," and "My Family."
