It has been announced that the dance and vocal group BE:FIRST's first arena concert, held at the National Yoyogi Stadium First Gymnasium (Shibuya Ward, Tokyo) in January 2023, will be broadcast and streamed on WOWOW Live and WOWOW On Demand from 5pm on March 1st. A two-month special feature including this concert has also been announced.
BE:FIRST was born from the audition program "THE FIRST," which was broadcast and streamed in 2021. Every single work they released topped the charts, and in September 2022, they began to become known beyond their fans. They then embarked on their first nationwide tour, "BE:FIRST 1st One Man Tour "BE:1" 2022-2023," performing 29 shows in 17 cities across the country.
WOWOW will broadcast and stream the second day (January 27, 2023) of the first two-day arena concert at Yoyogi National Stadium First Gymnasium, which was held as an additional performance of the tour, titled "BE:FIRST 1st One Man Tour "BE:1" 2022-2023."
Additionally, in April, a live broadcast will be streamed titled "BE:FIRST ARENA TOUR 2023-2024 "Mainstream," featuring the performance held at Sekisui Heim Super Arena (Rifu, Miyagi Prefecture) on February 24, 2024. The performance was the finale of their first nationwide arena tour, "BE:FIRST ARENA TOUR 2023-2024 "Mainstream," which featured 22 shows in nine cities from November 2023 to February 2024.
