The third episode of Fuji TV's Monday 9pm drama "Yandoku!" starring Kanna Hashimoto was broadcast on January 26th. The scene in which Oonami Ko (Hashimoto) glares at neurosurgeon Otomo (Otoo Takuma) caused a stir on social media.

Otomo was suddenly tasked with performing surgery on a patient who was under Koonami's care. It was a highly difficult operation, and Otomo had prepared frantically. When Koonami offered to help, Otomo refused, saying, "Shut up! There's no way I'm going to learn from someone like you!" He then declared, "I didn't become a doctor by doing something cowardly like you."
Otomo was furious as he kept saying things like he got into medical school through the back door, or because he got a hold of the professor's weakness through sugar dating. He raised his voice and glared at Otomo, saying, "Don't mess with me, you idiot! I'll never forgive you! Let's go one-on-one! Diamond Best bastard!", and strangled him.

The drama is a medical entertainment about a young delinquent girl, Koonami Tagami, who studies hard after her best friend dies in an accident and becomes a neurosurgeon, bringing a breath of fresh air to the medical field. The script is written by Nonji Nemoto, who also wrote the NHK morning drama "Omusubi," in which Hashimoto starred.
