TBS's live morning show "Lavvit!" (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM) aired on January 26th, and a popular idol attending Kyoto University made her first appearance.
On this day, Reina Moriya from the idol group "Sakurazaka46" and Haru Katsumata, who has publicly announced that he is a current Kyoto University student, appeared as guests. This was Katsumata's first TV appearance outside of TV Tokyo's signature programs, and he said with a smile, "'Lavvit!' is amazing, it uses both body and mind... I'm honored to be able to appear, and I hope to have fun while learning a lot."
Then, for Quiz Time "Biribiri" Shock, where if you get five or fewer questions right you get a "Super Powerful TAKURO Biribiri" (Shore Biribiri), Katsumata teamed up with Moriya and the comedy duo "Nasunaka Nishi." They perfectly answered "45 x 45" as 2025, "Smelt Leaf Fish" as Shishamo, and "The title of Rena's first photobook is 'Smile's???'" as Rock, Paper, Scissors, but Moriya and the others couldn't get the answer right, and Katsumata received a shove, jumping out of his chair.
On social media, comments such as "As expected of a Kyoto University student," "Haru-chan is incredibly smart," "Haru-chan is both smart and pretty," and "Haru-san got all the questions right! Amazing!" have been posted.
