It has been revealed that voice actress and singer Nana Mizuki will be performing the opening theme song "CRIMSON BULLET" for the all-new TV anime " Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance," part of the popular anime series "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Nanoha."
Mizuki, who will be appearing in the anime as Fate T. Harlaown, commented, "This is the long-awaited new Nanoha work! I was happy just to be able to play Fate again in the TV anime, but I'm even more delighted to be entrusted with the theme song as well!! It's a new take on a Nanoha song, with a solid, passionate rock sound that echoes the incredible convictions of the girls who survive in a harsh world, and a tearful melody that undulates! Mizuki has once again written the lyrics, so I hope you enjoy the words that link together as the story progresses!"
" Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha" is a popular series that has been adapted into anime, games, novels, manga, and more. The first TV anime series aired from October to December 2004. The second series, "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha A's," aired from October to December 2005, the third series, "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS," aired from April to September 2007, and the fourth series, "Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid," aired from April to June 2015.
The new series will be written and scripted by Tsuzuki Maki, who also worked on the series, and directed by Hamana Takayuki. It will be produced by Seven Arcs and will begin airing in July.
