The TBS drama "Mirai no Musuko" (Tuesdays at 10pm) starring actress Shida Mirai has released the synopsis and stills for the third episode, which will air on January 27th.
Soon after entering Yoshizumi Nursery School, Souta (Amano Yu) blends in with the others at an astonishing speed. Mirai (Shida) is nervous that Souta might blurt out that he's from the future, but she can't help but smile when she sees how happy he is.
Mirai is asked by Yuta (Nozomu Kotaki) to prepare the items needed for Souta's kindergarten entrance. A nap kit, a change of clothes... Although Mirai is stunned by the amount of items, which is greater than she had imagined, she decides to make what she can herself with the help of Saori (Nishino Nanase).
During this time, Mirai reveals her true feelings to Saori, saying, "Five years later, I gave birth to Souta, and I wonder if I've given up on my dreams." She then decides to seriously search for "Ma-kun" in order to find out what kind of life she led to give birth to Souta.
All they can rely on is Souta's memories. The future shows Souta one person after another who could be Mark, from the theater company's rehearsal studio to his part-time job and even at the local supermarket...
Based on the popular manga "My Future Son: A Son Came Down From Heaven!" written by Kumiko Aso and illustrated by Hajime Kuromugi, the story follows a woman who is half-hearted in love, work, and dreams, and suddenly becomes a mother. Through raising a child, she learns about living with others and supporting each other, and begins to live life anew.
