Episode 27, "Final Lap," of the TV anime " MF Ghost, " based on the successor to Shuichi Shigeno's popular manga "Initial D, " will be broadcast on TOKYO MX and other channels starting January 18th.

He took his cue from Takumi Fujiwara and got ahead, but this was the spark that ignited a fierce battle with Beckenbauer.
"MF Ghost" was serialized in "Young Magazine" (Kodansha) from September 2017 to February 2025. Set in Japan in the year 202X, where self-driving cars have become widespread, the story follows Kanata Katagiri Katagiri, a British racing school graduate, who takes part in a race to achieve a certain goal while the MFG car race on public roads is gaining popularity around the world.
Kanata is a student of Takumi Fujiwara , the protagonist of " Initial D, " and races in a red 86. The appearance of characters from " Initial D, " such as Keisuke Takahashi and Hiroya Okuyama, also attracted attention. The series was also adapted into a TV anime, with the first season airing from October to December 2023 and the second season from October to December 2024. The total number of copies of the comics published is over 7 million. The third season is currently airing.
