It was announced on December 5th that "Princess Session Orchestra," an original TV anime jointly produced by King Records, Aria Entertainment, and Takara Tomy, will collaborate with "Senki Zesshō Symphogear." "Princess Session Orchestra" was originally planned and conceived by Akifumi Kaneko of the "Senki Zesshō Symphogear" series, and this collaboration between the two works has been realized. A newly drawn collaboration illustration featuring Hibiki Tachibana from "Senki Zesshō Symphogear" and Princess Ripple from "Princess Session Orchestra" has been released.
A special collaboration booth between Senki Zesshō Symphogear and Princess Session Orchestra will be exhibited at Comic Market (Comiket) 107, which will be held at Tokyo Big Sight (Koto-ku, Tokyo) on December 30th and 31st. A collaborative DJ booth with GEARMANIA, which is part of Senki Zesshō Symphogear's new music project PROJECT SYMPHOGEAR -next-, will be set up, and greetings will be given by the princesses of Princess Session Orchestra. New merchandise will also be on sale.
To commemorate the Comiket exhibition, an official collaborative playlist featuring character songs from both works has been released on various music streaming platforms. The playlist will be updated every Monday through Friday for two weeks, adding one song from each work.
Yuri Fujimoto and Azusa Tachibana, voice actors for Princess Session Orchestra, will appear as guests on "Senki Zessho Symphogear RADIO Special Edition - Santa and Reindeer Sing Special," which will be streamed on YouTube from 5:00 PM on December 7th.
"Princess Session Orchestra" is a "music x animation x toys" series that can be enjoyed by children and adults alike. The fun-loving residents, the Alyspians, live in a wonderland called Alyspia, but the land's sparkling light is lost due to a mysterious monster called Jamaoc. In this crisis, the princesses, who never forget to sing in their hearts, embark on an adventure. The series airs every Sunday at 9:00 AM on TV Tokyo.
