It was announced on Getsuku that a special drama, "119 Emergency Call 2026 YOKOHAMA BLACKOUT," based on the " Getsuku 9pm" drama " 119 Emergency Call Call," starring Nana Seino, which aired on Fuji TV in January 2025, will be broadcast on January 3rd, 2026. Regular cast members including Kiyono, Koji Seto, Ai Mikami, Hayato Ichinose, Ko Maehara, Yuri Nakamura, and Koichi Sato will be reuniting for the drama.
"119 Emergency Call" is a completely original story set in the Fire Department's communications command center, depicting the "reality" of the command and control officers who stand on the "front lines" where a single phone call saves lives. Kiyono plays the protagonist, Kasuhara Yuki, a command and control officer in the Yokohama City Fire Department's Command Division 3, who never forgets a voice he hears once, while Seto plays Kaneshita Mutsuo, a former firefighter and command and control officer in the Command Division 3.
This special drama is set at the Yokohama City Fire Department's Communications Command Center at the end of the year. The Communications Command Center is busier than usual, and on the other end of the phone are a series of accidents, illnesses, fires, and other troubles typical of year-end events. Amidst all this, a proposal is made to introduce "AI controllers," raising the issue of whether or not human work should be replaced by machines. Then, on New Year's Eve, a sudden large-scale power outage occurs, throwing the city into chaos... This is the story.
In addition to Kiyono and Seto, members of the Command Section 3, Mikami as Niijima Sara, Ichinose as Yogo Shinnosuke, Maehara as Minowa Kensuke, Nakamura as section chief Takachiho Kazuha, and Sato as the "legendary" chief Dojima Shinichi, will also be reprising their roles.

Command and control personnel are people who are on-site, yet not at the actual site. The moment they are called by someone's voice and take action for someone else - that single voice may change someone's fate. This may truly be a job that can be called a "calling."
In this age where AI is replacing human jobs, what are the jobs that only humans can do? What is the difference between "something anyone can do" and "something that only that person can do"? This special will depict on an even larger scale the pride and conflict that lie within the act of work, the quiet yet passionate struggle for self-realization, and the strength of the desire to "save people."
