Koharu collapsed due to anemia and was rushed to the hospital, where she was unable to be discharged. Fumiko came to visit her and called out to Koharu in bed, "Calm down, calm down, mother-in-law. Please just stay in bed."
Torikai Itsuki (Kusanagi) was also in the hospital room, and Fumiko said sarcastically, "Is this the person who sorts out the belongings of the deceased? People who sort out the belongings of the deceased often visit places where people have died, right? I wonder if it's okay for them to come into the hospital room? Excuse me, but what about infection?"
Koharu retorted firmly, "There's no need to worry about Torikai-san. He's the person I trust the most right now." As Itsuki turned to leave, Koharu smiled and said, "Torikai-san, please stay a little longer. I think mother-in-law will be home soon."
Fumiko, who seemed annoyed by Koharu's words, spat out, "Mikuriya will cover all of your future hospital bills, living expenses, and everything else, so please take it easy and recuperate. If you die alone, there would be no way to fix it."
In response, Koharu said, "I'll be happy as long as I can spend my time alone and at ease, even if it means dying alone or whatever," and then she kicked Fumiko out of the hospital room, then chuckled and said, "That person is worse for your health than cancer, hehehe."
On social media, the show became a hot topic, with comments such as "Koyanagi Rumiko vs. Jun Fubuki , the battle of the women, was scary," "I was also captivated by Koharu vs. Jun Fubuki in the hospital room, Jun Fubuki wins."
The drama tells the story of Torikai Itsuki, an estate organizer who lost his wife five years ago and has a young son, and who, together with his colleagues at the estate organizer company "Heaven's Messenger," provides support to families with various circumstances.
