The successful candidates for the "Miss Seventeen 2025" model audition, an exclusive competition for the teen media magazine "Seventeen" (Shueisha), were announced on October 18th. The six successful candidates, Miku Okamoto (14), Kanna Kajiwara (16), Suiko Kawase (13), Miron Sasaki (15), Hanano Hanano Harada(15), and Maho Horiguchi(17), appeared at the fashion and music event "Rakuten GirlsAward 2025 AUTUMN/WINTER" held at Makuhari Messe (Mihama Ward, Chiba City) on the same day.
Kajiwara is the eldest daughter of comedian Yuta Kajiwara, who is also active as a popular YouTuber under the name "Kajisac," and is also active as an actor. Horiguchi is currently garnering attention for her role as the heroine Nemu in the TV Asahi series "Kamen Rider Zeztz."
Horiguchi greeted the crowd, saying, "Thank you for all your support during the audition period! I'll do my best to make Seventeen even more exciting!".
