The third episode of the sixth series of the TV anime "Kingdom," based on the popular manga by Hara Yasuhisa, titled "The Qin Army's Formation," will be broadcast on NHK General TV from 12:10 a.m. on October 11th.
A large army is gathered in the royal capital of Xianyang in preparation for an all-out battle with the Zhao army led by Li Mu. The commander-in-chief, Changping Jun, announces that the battle will be an allied battle between Kanki, Yang Duanhe, and Wang Jian, and announces the "commander-in-chief" of the entire army. Meanwhile, upon receiving news that the Qin army has begun its invasion, Li Mu orders the army to assemble at the castle on the western front line to counter the attack. He also gives some advice to Shunsuiju, one of his confidants in charge of gathering intelligence.
"Kingdom" is a popular manga that has been serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha) since 2006. Set in China's Spring and Autumn Period and Warring States Period, it depicts the exploits of Shin, who aims to become the greatest general in the world, and the drama of heroes such as King Ei Sei of Qin, who later becomes known as the First Emperor. The total number of copies of the comics published has exceeded 110 million. The sixth series of the TV anime is currently airing every Saturday late at night on NHK General TV.
