This commercial is for Sapporo Ichiban Cupstar Scallop Salt Flavor, a new product from Cupstar, a long-selling cup noodle brand that was launched in 1975. The three actors, dressed in blue outfits, slurp and savor the new product's ingredients as they are projected on a giant screen. The delicious expressions on their faces are a highlight of the commercial.
The group consists of Endo and Kaki, who are in the same class as the group, and Inoue, who is a junior from the first generation. An interview video was also released in which the three have a friendly chat. When asked what new thing they would like to try together as a trio, Inoue replied, "Haruka and I all like Sakura. And both Haruka and I like to draw, so when the Cupstar lids are designed with Nogizaka46 members, we would like to doodle on Sakura's lid together. Decorate it cutely..."
