The first episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Bakebake " (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM and others), starring Akari Takaishi , was broadcast on September 29th, and viewers were drawn to Okabe Hiroki, who plays Tanigawara, the homeroom teacher of the heroine Toki Matsuno(Miharu Fukuchi).
The first episode is set in 1875. The next day, when Toki goes to school, her classmates tease her about her family going to the shrine for the midnight pilgrimage, and make fun of her father for not working.
At that moment, Tanigawara came in and added, "I hate to say it, but Otoki's father is very lazy. It's true that if you have time to curse, you should work. Everyone here has parents who were originally samurai, but they have started new jobs, such as starting a business or becoming a government official. We live in an age where if you don't become something, you will starve to death, so you can't keep being a samurai forever."
