"Detective! Night Scoop" is a popular variety show in which "detectives" tackle viewers' requests and worries by diving headfirst into the solution. It has been announced that Ace from the comedy duo "Batteries" and Matsui Kemuri from "Reiwa Roman" will be joining the show as new "detectives."
The program's official website announced on September 28th that "The new detective will be released tomorrow," which has been generating a lot of buzz. Attention is focused on the unique perspectives the two will bring to the cases. With the addition of Ace and Matsui, the program's detectives will total 10.
Giant panels of the 10 detectives have been on display for one week only from the 29th until October 5th in the advertising space outside the ticket gates at Namba Station on the Midosuji Line in Osaka (near Exit 20) and on the second basement floor of Shibuya Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line in Tokyo.
The panel reads in large letters, "If asking AI won't solve the problem, ask the detectives! Night Scoop!" and showcases past requests with photos of the detectives.
