The title "Munchkin" refers to a TRPG player who exploits the rules, sometimes intentionally exploiting loopholes in them, to gain an advantage. While enjoying a TRPG with his beloved younger sister, Yukito Kirihara (Yukito), a high school student who loves TRPGs, is suddenly attacked by a monster that appears from another world and dies an unjust death. Nephilia, the goddess of the other world (Everworld), gives him the opportunity to be reincarnated.
