Freelance announcer Kyoko Uchida will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 p.m. on September 5th.
She gained attention as a host of sports programs and was active in the industry, but looking back, she says she had a fun time in her 20s despite her crazy schedule. However, she began to feel that she was too busy with work and lacked common sense as a working adult. She quit her job just before turning 30. That same year, she got married and became a freelance announcer.
Currently, she is busy balancing work and raising her two sons who are in junior high school. With the free time that she has gained due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she has started studying counseling, something she has wanted to do for many years. While struggling with the time difference, she has taken online courses from a university overseas, obtained qualifications, and says she is living a fulfilling life every day.
