The sixth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " The 19th medical record " (Sundays at 9pm), starring Jun Matsumoto , aired on August 24th. Renji Ishibashi, who plays Handa Tatsu, a carpenter diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer, has been praised on social media for his "amazing acting."

Takino ( Fuka Koshiba), who was assigned to visit Tatsu, who wanted in-home care, headed to his home with Tokushige (Matsumoto). As Tatsu lay in bed, Takino greeted him, saying, "I'll be in your care from today."
With the help of his second son, Ryuji (Konno Hiroki), Tatsu gets up, worried about appearances, saying, "If I stay lying down, I'll look like an old man." He then bows politely and says, "I want to die in style, like a movie star. Thank you very much, Sensei."
During the visit, Takino and Tatsu had a long conversation, talking about movies and other things. "I know you don't have much time left. This body is a tool for my business, after all. I understand," Tatsu said, leading Takino into his studio.
There was a model of the town where Tatsu lives. Holding a model of a house he had worked on, Tatsu revealed his carpenter's attention to detail, saying, "Little by little, I start to think, 'I wish I'd done it like this more,' or 'I should have done it like this.'" Takino shook him up by saying, "There are Handa-sans in various places in the town," to which Tatsu replied with a shy laugh, "It's nothing special."
Tatsu, who met his wife at a disco, reminisced, "It was like a movie," to which Takino replied, "Cool. Handa-san is amazing." Tatsu then admitted, "Call me Tatsu. Because I showed you this, Sensei and I are best friends."
