The fifth episode of the TBS Sunday Theatre drama " The 19th medical record " (Sundays at 9pm), starring Jun Matsumoto , aired on August 17th. When Chayazaka (First Summer Uika) asked Tokushige (Matsumoto), "Where do you think the human heart is?", his answer became a hot topic on social media.

Chayazaka, a cardiovascular surgeon, is struggling with whether he should place his mother Ai (played by Mayumi Asaka) in a facility when she is no longer able to live independently, or whether he should take on the responsibility of caring for her. In his conversation with Tokushige, Chayazaka reveals his complicated feelings about his relationship with his mother, which he has always felt was incompatible, and how he still "cannot bring himself to hate her."
"There are things you can see by being apart for a while. If you want to get closer again, you should be able to," Tokushige advised Chayazaka. Chayazaka made up her mind and told Ai, "I can't live with you. I'm sorry, I'm a terrible daughter," and she thanked her, saying, "Thank you for saving my heart."
Later, Chayazaka visits Tokushige and asks, "Tell me, where do you think the human heart is?" Tokushige's answer, "Hmm. I don't think so. That's because, medically, there is no organ called the 'heart'," Chayazaka responds, "That's a boring answer," and tries to leave.
"But even so, people resonate with each other. When we see someone we love, our hearts beat faster, and when we're hurt by someone, our eyes water. I believe that a heart is born between you and me."
Chayazaka listened intently to Tokushige's words and, with a smile, invited him, "Shall we go for sushi?"
