Looking at Kaworu like that, Aimi tries to kiss him herself, but Kaworu initially refuses, saying, "I told you I wouldn't kiss you," and Aimi quickly backs off, saying, "I'm sorry."

However, the next moment, Kaworu kisses Aimi softly. The two of them continue to kiss each other several times before collapsing onto the beach.
