Set in a seaside child consultation center, the story follows Tsubasa Natsui (played by Fukuhara) as a new child welfare officer as he faces a variety of children and their parents and grows together with them. This will be Fukuhara's first lead role in a " Getsuku" drama.
"I feel like she's growing slower than other kids. She has a lot of likes and dislikes, and her height and weight are below average..." says Miho, who is worried about raising Mana. At Kurata's (Hayashi Kento) recommendation, she goes to a child psychologist, who diagnoses her as having "childcare neurosis."
Miho, who was dejected by the diagnosis, apologized to Aina, saying, "I'm sorry. I can't do it as well as other moms." She confided to Tsubasa, "I'm really no good. Ever since I was little. I've never been good at sports or studying. I didn't have many friends like Natsui-san."
Miho continued, "After I got married and Aina was born, I wanted to be the child's mother properly, but I couldn't do it at all. Somewhere in my mind, I thought maybe it was me who was strange. But I told myself, 'No, no. I'm doing it. I'm the only one who can do it as a mother,' and I kept blaming Aina. Thank you. I feel a little better now because I hadn't been able to talk to anyone about it."
Afterwards, Miho, Tsubasa, Aina and the three of them went to an amusement park. "Now I can do my best again tomorrow," Miho thought, looking forward to the future. However, the next day, she disappeared, leaving Aina alone at home, causing a commotion.
Miho was alone on a bench by the sea. "You just went out for a little shopping, right? For Aina!" Kurata asked. Miho replied, "I put some finely chopped green peppers in her breakfast. Aina cried and didn't like it. She doesn't like vegetables. Then I noticed that her diaper was worn out, and Aina was so tired she cried herself to sleep. I knew it was no good, but I knew it would be a pain if I didn't go buy some now or it would be a pain later, so..."
"But when I left the store, I couldn't move my legs. I had to go home, but my legs, my legs wouldn't move! I'm sorry. I'm sorry I left my child behind," she said, her face crumpled with tears.
On social media, people were talking about how "Tomita Miu is really a good actor", "Tomita Miu's acting skills are so amazing (tears)", "Tomita Miu was so realistic", "Tomita Miu was amazing.
