The second episode of the TV drama " Shiawase na Kekkon " (TV Asahi, Thursdays 9pm), starring actor Sadao Abe , will be broadcast on July 24th.
Popular lawyer Kotaro Harada (Abe) suddenly marries high school art teacher Nerla Suzuki ( Takako Matsu). Their happy days are short-lived when detective Ryuji Kurokawa (Yosuke Sugino) suddenly appears and tells them that a reinvestigation is about to begin on the case in which Nerla's ex-fiance Yuto Nuse (Reo Tamaoki) died 15 years ago.
Kurokawa continues to suspect Nella, who first discovered the body, and has requested a reinvestigation. Kotaro is shocked by this and deeply shaken by the fact that Nella has been hiding important facts from his past. He is unable to sleep, torn between the fear he feels as a husband and the conflict that he must not turn a blind eye to the truth as a lawyer.
The next morning, when Kotaro goes to the TV station, he is asked by general producer Kurazawa Chika (Toru Baba ) has collapsed and cannot appear. Although he thinks, "I can't do it as MC!", he accepts the role with a feeling similar to escapism, thinking that he might not have to think about Nerla's suspicions during the show, and begins to manage the show with a sense of excitement as if he has gotten over it.
