The drama is a love story that begins with the love between Aiko Hanamura (Kiyohara), a cool lawyer who doesn't believe in love, and Kai Shirasaki (Ryo Narita ), a "complicated veterinarian" who can only love animals, as their pet dogs fall in love. Na In-woo , a Korean actor who appeared in the Korean drama " Marry My Husband, " makes his first appearance in a Japanese drama as the heir of a Korean family.
At the end of the second episode, while the animals are unable to find a home, Kosuke ( Riku Hagiwara), an animal nurse who has a crush on Yuka, calls out to the animals, saying, "Harry, I hope you find a good match next time. I hope Sumomo finds a home to live in when you retire." Then, while gently stroking the dog Sumomo, Yuka says emphatically, "These animals will be fine. They will be able to love those who give them affection. Someone who will love them will appear."
Yuka continued, "In comparison, Homo sapiens, the human species, will hide their feelings of loneliness even though they're actually lonely, pretend not to be interested even though they really do like someone, suppress their feelings of attraction, and have so many layers of emotions that it's really troublesome. That's why no one wants to fall in love."
Kosuke looks at Yuka softly...
On social media, there was a lot of buzz, with comments such as "Is Kyoko under some kind of magic that keeps her from aging?", "Kyon has an overwhelming protagonist vibe", and "I'm curious to see what the pairing of Kyoko and Riku Hagiwara would be like."
