The 13th and final episode of "LAZARUS," an original anime directed by Shinichiro Watanabe, known for the anime "Cowboy Bebop," was broadcast on TV Tokyo on June 29th. To commemorate the broadcast of the final episode, a new visual was released. The stylish visual depicts Axel and five other characters walking across a pedestrian crossing, moving in the same direction.
The story is about a team of agents from around the world, Lazarus, who pursue Skinner, a genius scientist who developed a painkiller called Hapuna, which causes death three years after taking it, in order to save humanity.
Mamoru Miyano plays the protagonist Axel, who is imprisoned due to a certain incident but repeatedly escapes, and whose "hobby is escaping from prison."Makoto Furukawa, Uchida Maaya, Uchida Yuuma, Yuma Uchida, Manaka Iwami , Otsuka Akio, and Koichi Yamadera Akio Otsuka as voice actors. MAPPA produced the film.
