It has been revealed that the box office revenue of the latest movie version of the popular anime "Uta no Prince-sama Maji LOVE (Uta☆Pri)", " Uta no Prince-sama Taboo Night XXXX (Taboo Night Kisses)", has exceeded 1 billion yen. The movie has been a hit, with audience numbers exceeding 700,000. The movie was released on May Getsuku, and as of June 23rd, it has made 1.18 billion yen in box office revenue and attracted audience numbers exceeding 710,000.
It was also announced that "QUARTET EMPIRE emblem stickers" (4 types in total) will be given away as a special gift to visitors in the 8th week of release, starting June 27th.
The "Uta☆Pri" series is based on a popular game. The TV anime was broadcast for four seasons from 2011 to 2016, depicting the growth of a male idol and a rookie composer. Related CDs have sold over 5 million copies.
