The eighth episode of TV Tokyo's serial drama " Otto yo, shinde kurenai ka " (Mondays 11:06pm), starring Yumi Adachi, Saki Aibu and Sayaka Isoyama , was broadcast on May 26th. The episode saw Maya (Adachi) suspect a woman close to her about her husband Mitsuhiro's (Takezai Terunosuke) affair, which caused a stir on social media.

Maya realizes that her missing husband Mitsuhiro is connected to her reclusive brother Yasuaki (Mutsumi Yoshioka). While talking with Yasuaki, she learns that Mitsuhiro knew about a conversation that only Maya, Riko (Aibu), and Yurika (Isoyama) should have known. When Yasuaki tells Maya that Mitsuhiro was also having trouble with his marriage, she realizes that things can't continue like this and starts looking for Mitsuhiro.
Meanwhile, Riko and Yurika continue to plan to kill her husband. Yurika takes a light blue bag and goes to a restaurant with someone, and posts a lie on social media saying that she is going on a date with her husband.
Then Maya went to an oden restaurant that she used to frequent with Mitsuhiro, and heard from the waiter that Mitsuhiro had been there with a woman a week prior...
Maya also finds out that Mitsuhiro came with a woman carrying a light blue bag. "A group of three... I think it was something to do with a group of three," Maya says, asking about the contents of Mitsuhiro's conversation with the woman. The fact that Mitsuhiro knew about the conversation between Maya, Riko, and Yurika, and the fact that he was carrying a light blue bag, strengthens her suspicion that Yurika is the woman he is having an affair with.
On social media, there was a stir when suspicions arose that Mitsuhiro's affair partner was Yurika. Comments such as "Really... Seriously...?", "A light blue bag? What, no way?", "I'm just shocked...", and "If this is true, this is a very sad development" were posted.
