The NHK Asadora drama series "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 am and others) aired its 7th week, "The Sea, Tears and Me." In the 35th episode on May 16, Kuroi ( Kumi Takiuchi) said to Nobu (Imada) "You are weak after all."
"Anpan" is based on the married couple Takashi Yanase(1919-2013) and Nobuyuki (1918-1993), the manga artist and picture book writer who created "Anpanman." It is a "story of love and courage" that will make you feel the joy of living, depicting how these two, who were once nobody, overcame all sorts of rough seas and arrived at "Anpanman," the embodiment of "unreversible justice."
In episode 35, as graduation approaches, Nobu is pointed out by Kuroi that the sender of the letter, "Takashi Yanai," might be a fake name.
Kuroi is suspicious of their relationship, but Nobu tells him how Taka's (Takumi Kitamura) paintings saved her. She then hangs her head and says that she doesn't think she'll receive any more letters. Kuroi says, "You're weak after all." Meanwhile, Nobu's post-graduation assignment is decided. Then, in March 1938, Nobu graduates from the Women's Normal School and takes a new step!
