The 31st episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM and others) was broadcast on May 12th. In the episode, viewers were drawn to the souvenirs brought by Takashi ( Takumi Kitamura) who returned home from Tokyo.
In the 31st episode, it is summer vacation and Nobu (Imada) returns home from the dormitory of the Women's Normal School. Nobu, who has come to be known as a "model of patriotism," regrets having said too much on the phone to Taka, who is enjoying his freedom in Tokyo.
Meanwhile, Nobu wins an honorable mention in a drawing contest and celebrates with his teacher and classmates at a coffee shop after receiving a cash prize. On the way back, Nobu is walking through Ginza with Kentaro (Fumiya Takahashi), aka "Ken-chan," when he is drawn to a red bag held by a mannequin in a shop window. After that, Nobu takes Kentaro home. Meiko (Nanoka Hara) greets Nobu at the station to help them make amends, and tells him that he has returned, but Nobu seems uncomfortable.
When Takashi comes back from Tokyo, he is carrying a souvenir wrapped in a furoshiki. Kentaro urges Takashi to meet Nobu, who doesn't have the courage to meet Nobu, but Takashi says, "It feels kind of awkward," and refuses to meet him. Kentaro points to the souvenir Takashi is holding and asks, "You bought that to give to Nobu-san, right?", but Takashi evades the question and leaves.
Viewers were drawn to Taka's souvenir, with comments on social media such as, "I'm curious what's inside Taka's furoshiki wrapping," "I wonder if he bought that red bag?", "I can't imagine Nobu-chan will be happy to receive it," and "I hope it becomes a reconciliation item, but what if it takes a turn for the worse..."
Also, the mannequin in the window that Taka was looking at was wearing a white dress with red polka dots and a red belt, and comments on social media included, "This is what Mio Imada is wearing in the main visual," and "Is it the same outfit as in the poster visual?"
