Kentaro, who was expected to be paying homage to "Currypanman" due to his surname "Karashima," was seen eating curry with gusto, leading to comments on social media such as "Ken-chan really is Currypanman!", "I laughed at the scene that confirmed he was Currypanman," and "Even his socks are the color of curry, so he's really modeled after Currypanman."
