Kanna Kojima, the eldest daughter of actor Meiko Nakamura, who passed away on New Year's Eve 2023, and her second daughter Hazuki Kojima, will appear on Tetsuko Kuroyanagi's long-running talk show "Tetsuko's Room" (TV Asahi), which will be broadcast at 1:00 pm on March 20th.
Meiko, who was drinking until just before she died, was a drunkard. Her father, composer Yoshiyuki Kozu, who was saddened by his sudden separation from his wife, still lives alone and protects "Meiko's Room," which he built on the shelf where Meiko used to drink alcohol, instead of a Buddhist altar. He enjoys building miniature stairs and floors, painting them, and so on, but every time he does so, it causes quite a commotion.
The two daughters were so surprised by Meiko's outfit when she attended a school open day during a break from her stage performances that they couldn't help but pop their eyes out, and reminisced about the terrible memories they had as children. The show also featured many funny stories, all of which were full of laughs, but the two daughters shared even more funny stories that Kuroyanagi couldn't hide her surprise at.
