The TV anime " The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System, " based on a popular novel that originated on the Shosetsuka ni Naro, " will begin airing in 2026. It was also announced that Takeo Otsuka will voice the protagonist Elma, Shion Wakayama will voice Luce, the jester who becomes Elma's party member, and Natsuko Abe will voice Maris, who has seized the position of the next head of the Edvan family. A second teaser PV, depicting Elma's reincarnation into a game world and his determination to use his memories from his past life to rise to become the strongest heavy knight, has also been released on YouTube.

This work is a Shosetsuka ni Naro adaptation of "The Exiled Heavy Knight Knows How to Game the System," which was serialized on "Shosetsuka ni Narou." It began serialization in February 2022 on "Young Magazine Web," the website of "Young Magazine" (Kodansha), and is currently being serialized in "Young Magazine."
The story follows Elma, who, after manifesting a "defective" class of heavy knight, is stripped of her position as the next head of the family and banished from the count's household. She regains memories of her past life and realizes that this world is exactly the same as the world of a game, and sets out to conquer the world. The anime is directed by Shingo Suzuki and produced by GoHands.
