The formation for idol group Nogizaka46's 38th single "Navel Orange" (on sale March 26th) was announced on March 3rd, and it was revealed that 5th generation members Nagi Inoue and Aruno Nakanishi will be in the center. The announcement was made during the group's signature program "Nogizaka Koujichu" (TV Tokyo and others).
With a confused look on her face, Nakanishi commented, "I can't help but wonder, why me? But I think this is a really special place, and although I can't really see what the future holds, I'll do my best so that in the end, people will think that it was a good thing that I and Kazu were the center of this single."
Meanwhile, Inoue said enthusiastically, "I think this single will definitely bring about some change for Nogizaka46, and with so many of our seniors having graduated, I think this is the year we need to work harder. I want everyone to work hard so that we can convey the wonderful things about Nogizaka46 to even more people."
