TV Asahi's late-night program "Secret Hot Spring Romance" (1st and 3rd Friday at 3am) introduces the charms of hot springs all over Japan that are known as "secret hot springs." On January 17th, four secret hot springs in Tochigi Prefecture will be featured.
We will introduce Kashiwaya Ryokan, Seikanso Furuyama, and Yamanami-so in the Shiobara Onsen area of Nasu Shiobara City, as well as Unkaikaku in Nasu Yumoto Onsen.
The traveler is Akari Sato. At Kashiwaya Ryokan, she enjoys the open-air bath with a spectacular view of the valley. At Unkaikaku, she experiences a bathing method that has been passed down since the Taisho period.
