It has been announced that the total number of copies of "Slime Pipipi" (Square Enix), a picture book featuring slime, a familiar character from the popular "Dragon Quest" game series, has exceeded 100,000. The picture book was released on September 30, 2019 for children aged 0 to 2, and a campaign will be held to commemorate the fact that it has surpassed 100,000 copies.
On the special website, you can download wallpapers drawn by the picture book's author, Pekori Hara. Follow Square Enix's official Game Guide X (Twitter) account "@SQEX_GAMEGUIDE", add the hashtag "Days with Slime Pipipi", quote repost the campaign post, and post an episode from the post. Five people will be drawn at random from those who post a picture of themselves with the hashtag "Days with Slime Pipipi" to win a set of three Dragon Quest Baby & Kids stuffed toys, a "Slime Pipipi", and an original postcard.
"Slime Pipipi" is a picture book in which slime appears in various forms. The slime's movements, colorful hues, and dynamic mechanism featuring a large King Slime, which was created with advice from an infant behavior researcher, are said to have captured the hearts of infants.
