It has been announced that Tamura Yui's romantic comedy manga "Yano-kun's Ordinary Days," which is also the subject of much discussion due to be made into a live-action movie, will be made into an anime. Details of the anime will be announced in the future.

The work is currently being serialized on Kodansha's web manga service "Comic DAYS." It depicts the pure love between Yano-kun, a very unlucky boy who comes to school covered in injuries every day, and Yoshida-san, the class representative who can't help but worry about Yano-kun. The live-action movie starring Yagi Yusei of the dance and vocal group "FANTASTICS from EXILE TRIBE" will be released on November 15th.

An illustration by the original author Tamura has been released to commemorate the anime adaptation. Tamura commented, "It's going to be made into an anime! I'm so happy! I'm full of gratitude to all the readers. The wonderful director and production team have a very good understanding of the work and characters, which even surprises the author himself, and they are proceeding with the work very carefully. Every time I see the progress of the production, I feel the love and I can't contain my excitement. I'm really looking forward to the anime 'Yano-kun's Ordinary Days'!"
