The popular variety special "First Errand: A 3-Hour Special Full of Happy New Year's Wishes," which follows children on their first errands, will be broadcast on Nippon Television from 6:00 PM on January 2nd.
From Kami City, Kochi Prefecture, the hometown of Anpanman's creator, Takashi Yanase , a family of two police officers embarks on their first errand. The four-year-old brother wants to become a police officer one day, and his two-year-old sister, who loves Anpanman, asks them to prepare lunch for their busy mother and a "good luck charm" for their father. On the way to the errand, an unforgettable event occurs to the siblings. The narrator is Noriko Eguchi , who also appeared in the NHK morning drama " Anpan ."
The family of Ai Sugiyama, a legend in the world of women's tennis, also appears. With one year left in her term as head coach of the Japanese women's tennis team, they plan a surprise party for Ai, who is striving to become the world's best.
The studio MCs will be George Tokoro and Hiroko Moriguchi. Guest appearances will include Fuma Kikuchi, Miki Fujimoto, and Riho Yoshioka from "timelesz," as well as the comedy duo "Time Machine No. 3."
