The opening video for season 2 of the TV anime "My Dress-up Darling" ( My Dress-up Darling Enix), has been released on YouTube. This is the first new TV anime in about three years since season 1, which aired from January to March 2022, and following season 1, the band "Spira Spica" will be in charge of the opening theme. The video features the band's opening theme "Ao to Kirameki." A special visual of Kitagawa Marin cosplaying as Izayoi Arisa, a killer who appears in "Kochikan," was also released. Kitagawa Marin is depicted in a bunny girl costume.
"My Dress-up Darling" began serialization in "Young Gangan" in 2018, and the final episode was published in the 7th issue of the magazine on March 21st, bringing the curtain down on the approximately 7-year serialization. The romantic comedy depicts the love story between Gojo Niina, a high school boy training to become a head maker who makes faces for Hina dolls, and Kitagawa Marin, a gyaru cosplayer who loves anime and games. Season 2 began airing on TOKYO MX and other stations on July 5th.
