A stage greeting to commemorate the release of the latest film in the popular anime series "KING OF PRISM (Kinpuri)", "KING OF PRISM-Your Endless Call-Everyone Sparkle! Prism Tours", was held at Shinjuku Wald 9 (Shinjuku, Tokyo) on June 27th. General director Masakazu Hishida appeared on stage in a straw hat and red shirt.
In "KING OF PRISM -Dramatic PRISM.1-", which will be released in 2024, Tony Tony Chopper from "ONE PIECE" was appointed as the "King & Prince One-Day Cheer Captain", which also became a hot topic. Director Hishida said, "I wanted to somehow express my gratitude to the reindeer for their support. I have never dressed like this in my life, but I hope that my feelings will be conveyed to the reindeer."
Also appearing on stage for the greeting were Junta Terashima, who plays Shin Ichijo, Miyabi Igarashi, who plays Minato Takahashi, Shouta Aoi, who plays Rui Kisaragi, Satsuki Nakayama, who plays Ai Kannazuki, and Tatsuyuki Kobayashi, who plays Asahi Mitaka. The greeting came to a close with a call and response between the speakers and the fans: "To the Prism Show" and "I'm a hug!"
"King & Prince" is a spin-off of the TV anime "Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live" that aired from April 2013 to March 2014, depicting the dedication of Kamihama Kouji, Hayami Hiro, Nishina Kazuki and others as they devote themselves to singing and shows. The animated feature films "KING OF PRISM by PrettyRhythm" were released in 2016, and "KING OF PRISM -PRIDE the HERO-" in 2017. In 2019, "KING OF PRISM -Shiny Seven Stars-" was broadcast as a TV anime, and an edited version was screened in theaters. "KING OF PRISM ALL STARS-Prism Show☆Best Ten-" and "KING OF PRISM -Dramatic PRISM.1-" have also been screened.
