It has been announced that a T-shirt collection, a collaboration between the works of manga artist Yazawa Ai, who is celebrating her 40th anniversary this year, and Uniqlo's T-shirt brand "UT", will be released on July 11th. The T-shirt collection features illustrations and motifs symbolizing four works, "No Angel," "Neighborhood Story," "Paradise Kiss," and "NANA," and also features Yazawa's signature. Yazawa has devised a coordination for each T-shirt design, and newly drawn coordination illustrations have been released.
T-shirts with illustrations of Nana Osaki from "NANA" drawn by Yazawa for this collection will also be released. The T-shirt that Nana Osaki is wearing has Hachiko on it. The Hachiko illustration from the T-shirt will be available as a stamp on "UTme!", a service that allows you to create original T-shirts and tote bags from Uniqlo.
The T-shirts cost 1,500 yen each.
