GLAY's "legendary concert" attracting 200,000 people will be broadcast

The program "The Legendary Concert "GLAY" Remastered Edition," which brings back the footage of the "200,000-person Live Concert" held by the rock band GLAY on July 31, 1999, in a remastered version equivalent to 4K quality, will be broadcast on NHK BS from 10:30 pm on December 29th.

GLAY, who will celebrate the 30th anniversary of their major debut in 2024, held their "GLAY EXPO '99 SURVIVAL LIVE IN MAKUHARI" event in Makuhari, Chiba on July 31, 1999, drawing a record-breaking 200,000 spectators. The stage, which remains a shining light in the history of Japanese live events, will be revived in a newly remastered version after 26 years.
