The fifth episode of the TV drama series "Memono" (TV Asahi, Friday 11:15pm *excluding some regions), starring actress Kumiko Aso, was broadcast on May 23rd, and the sudden change in Touya, played by Akihisa Shiono, became a hot topic.

The drama is a joint production between TV Asahi and South Korea's SLL, which has produced global hits such as "Itaewon Class," and is a suspense story about a lone lawyer, Ayame (Aso), who falls in forbidden love with Toya, who becomes a suspect in a murder case.
Ayame started living together with Touya, but their "happy days" didn't last long. When Ayame returned home late after a drinking party with a client, Touya's attitude changed drastically. "Don't you care about me? I love you so much," he said, choking Ayame, punching her down, and kicking her in a shocking scene.
After he became violent towards Ayame again, Touya cried and begged for forgiveness, saying, "I want to be reborn..." Ayame hugged Touya tightly.
The synopsis of episode 6, which will air on the 30th, is as follows: "Toya cries and begs Ayame for forgiveness, saying, 'Don't abandon me,' and begins to treat Ayame more gently than ever before. Although Ayame feels Toya's love, she realizes that she is somehow afraid of him. Furthermore, she is shocked to find out that Toya has been secretly searching for his missing wife, Natsune (Kita Kana), behind her back."
