The drama series " Taigan no Kaji ~Kore ga, Watashi no Ikiru Michi~ " (TBS, Tuesdays at 10pm) starring actress Mikako Tabe . The synopsis and stills from the 8th episode, which will air on May 20th, have been released.
A new threatening letter arrives at Shiho's (Tabe) house, saying, "Full-time housewives who live comfortably should be eliminated." Reiko (Eguchi Noriko), who has decided to quit her job and become a full-time housewife to accompany her husband Ryohei ( Noriko Eguchi) when he is transferred, asks Nakatani (Fujioka Dean) to protect Shiho in her place. Nakatani wonders who the sender of the letter is.
Unaware of this, while talking with Tora (Wataru Ichinose) about when they would have a second child, Shiho realizes that they are in a sexless marriage. She tells Nakatani that although she loves Tora, they have become more like a family than a couple.
Nakatani replies that there is no romantic feeling between him and Juri (Hiroko Shimabukuro) and that he should think of having a child as a chore. However, he has mixed feelings about the intimacy between Juri and his boss.
Meanwhile, something strange happens to Nakatani...
Based on the novel "Taigan no Kaji" (Kodansha Bunko) by Kiko Akano, the story depicts the "endless work" of housework through the protagonist's interactions with "people on the other side of the river" who have different positions and ways of thinking than her.
