Actor Elaiza Ikeda will appear on NHK's morning information program "Asaichi" (General) broadcasting from 8:15 am on May 16th. Ikeda co-stars with Yojiro Noda of rock band "RADWIMPS" in the NHK drama series "The Great Passage ~ Watashi, Jisho Tsukurimasu ~", which will be broadcast on terrestrial TV in the "Drama 10" slot (General, Tuesdays at 10 pm) from June 17th.
Ikeda appeared as a guest on the Friday regular "Premium Talk" on "Asaichi." Lily Franky, who co-starred with Ikeda on the music program "The Covers" on the same station, appeared on the video and talked about his true nature as an artist.
The program will also explore the behind-the-scenes story of the production of the drama "The Great Passage," as well as share episodes from the film "Rewrite," in which Ikeda took on the role of a novelist, something he had always dreamed of.
