Although Moko (Ryutaro Imai) has lost Commander Zero (voice: Jiei Kabira), he continues his mission to rescue Nemu ( Maho Horiguchi ) . Haru (Miao Yuki), a nurse at the hospital where Nemu was hospitalized, tells Moko an unexpected truth about Nemu's disappearance.
Moko begins to pursue Wolf Nightmare. However, Nox ( Yuki Furukawa) appears to block his path and transforms into Kamen Rider Nox. Moko also transforms, and the two riders clash!
"Kamen Rider Zeztz" is a story about Baku Yorozu, who possesses the power of "lucid dreaming" that allows him to control dreams as he wishes, and who protects people from the monster Nightmare that appears in their dreams as Kamen Rider Zeztz. The script was written by Yuya Takahashi, who served as the main writer for "Kamen Rider Zero-One" and "Kamen Rider Geats."
