The 33rd episode of the NHK Asadora drama "Anpan " starring Mio Imada (General TV, Monday to Saturday 8:00 AM and others) was broadcast on May 14th. In the episode, the two were shown to have a disagreement over the souvenir that Takashi ( Takumi Kitamura) had brought for Nobu (Imada), which drew a reaction from viewers.
In episode 33, when Kentaro (Takumi Kitamura) sees the souvenir that Taka (Fumiya Takahashi) was holding preciously in his room, he worries about whether he should give it to Nobu.
The next day, Chihiro (Motoki Nakazawa) visits the Asada family to buy Anpan and tells them, "My brother says he has something he wants to give to Nobu-san. He'll wait for him in the vacant lot, so please go ahead."
Calling Nobu, Taka says, "You once told me, 'I was born to draw.' Those words helped me work hard for the entrance exams, and it's all thanks to you that I won an honorable mention in the competition," and thanks him, handing him a souvenir.
When Nobu opens the box, she sees the red handbag and gasps, saying, "No way. Something as beautiful as this..." However, she pushes it back, saying, "I can't accept something as luxurious as this." "Think about the soldiers on the battlefield."
When Taka says, "But the war will end someday, right? When that day comes, I want Nobu-chan to walk the streets of Ginza," Nobu replies, "The young people like us are fighting for our country. Go-chan is risking his life too... Just think about those young people. If you have money to spend on such luxuries, Taka-chan should donate it to the soldiers on the battlefield. Don't you think?"
Taka replied, "I don't think so," and said, "It's strange to say that beautiful things can't be considered beautiful," and, "If you become a teacher, will you teach children like that? I don't want a teacher like that. The Nobu-chan I knew was an almost too honest and funny girl." Nobu tried to leave, saying, "Maybe we've changed. But Taka has changed too. You know you can't be the way you were before, right?"
When Taka tried to stop him by saying, "Would you at least accept this?", Nobu replied, "If you say you don't want it, then you don't want it. Stay in Tokyo!" and walked away.
