Episode 6 of the anime "Kowloon Generic Romance"

The sixth episode of the TV anime "Kowloon Generic Romance," based on the manga by Mayuzuki Jun that is currently being serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" (Shueisha), will be broadcast on TV Tokyo and other channels on May 10th.

After Hebinuma said goodbye to Nguyen, he resumed his day-to-day life, but he was soon found by Yangming and Reiko, who questioned him about the question that Reiko had. According to Nguyen, there are two people in Kowloon today, but they are separate beings. Meanwhile, Hebinuma meets with his childhood friend Yu Long, who is researching Kowloon in Hong Kong. Hebinuma is further drawn to the current Kowloon, where the dead people and the destroyed fortress have been recreated, but only a limited number of people can see it.

"Kowloon Generic Romance " is a manga by Mayuzuki, who is also known for "Love is Like After the Rain," which was adapted into a TV anime and a live-action movie, and has been serialized in "Weekly Young Jump" since November 2019. Reiko Kujirai, who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgic city of Kowloon Walled City, has a slight crush on her senior at work, Kudo Hajime, and when she finds a photo, she learns that Kudo had a fiance who looked just like her in the past. As memories that can't be found, the true identity of her other self, and a huge secret hidden in the city of Kowloon intertwine, past, present, and future, love will unravel the secrets.

A live-action adaptation of the anime will be released this summer, with Shiraishi Haruka playing Riho Yoshioka Reiko and Tomokazu Sugita playing Kudou Hatsu, and Koshi Mizukami and Mizukami Koji co-starring.
