An apparel collection including T-shirts, a collaboration between Nagano's popular manga "Chiikawa" and fashion brand "GU," will be released at GU stores nationwide and on the online store from May 23. This is the fourth collaboration between "Chiikawa" and GU, and features items with summery motifs and scenes designed around the theme of "Chiikawa's Summer Vacation."
The lineup includes aloha shirts (2,290 yen) featuring Chiikawa' facial expressions, T-shirts (1,290 yen) featuring scenes of people dancing to music, socks (390 yen) featuring Chiikawa , Hachiware, rabbits, shisa, and chestnut manju, a pile fabric pouch (1,990 yen), and a net bag with a mini pouch (2,290 yen).
GU's official account (@gu_global) will be holding a giveaway campaign from May 16th where you can win original items. To enter, follow the tweets related to the Chiikawa with the hashtag "# Chiikawa 's Summer Vacation" and repost a quote.
